David Potts is a dedicated public servant and maintains a busy law practice with the firm of David W. Potts, J.D., PLLC. His knowledge of government and how to come to agreements to serve the public is directly tied to his ability to handle complex high asset and/or custody divorce cases.
David Potts knows how to come to a consensus, regardless of the opposition and their strong beliefs. This is crucial in emotionally charged divorce cases, where each spouse is typically very entrenched in their respective positions. A skilled divorce lawyer can bring both sides to the table and develop a settlement that is a win-win for both parties. If the parties cannot agree, David Potts is a skilled advocate and has taken numerous cases to trial.
